Colson's Honey Caramels

My mom used to make these caramels when I was little, with honey harvested by local farmers in our home state of Idaho.  I remember the flavor still, they were the best caramels ever.  Decades later I found the recipe in her cookbook and decided to try to make them myself, now using honey from our local farmers market in California.  Eureka.  Soft, smooth, creamy delicious...what's not to like?! I make in small batches, hand cut and wrap, and feature four flavors: the Original, Cinnamon, Raspberry, and Spicy (infused with chile powder and cayenne - in addition to flavor, these leave a unique sensation of heat). Everyone who tries my caramels asks if I am selling them, but I have not yet.  I already have my business license.  I am hoping to raise enough money to print labels for each flavor for the bags, purchase more honey and supplies, and pay my FDA fees for producing as a cottage industry.
I am looking to raise funds in time for the Christmas holiday, as I think these caramels would bring smiles to many as stocking stuffers or office gifts.
