“Save a Life, Ignore the Dog”
One Smart Pooch was opened up back in 2013 after losing my husband to Suicide and a long battle of fighting to control his PTSD.
I went to school in hopes of training a Service Dog for him, to make his and our life easier. But he took his life before I could graduate. Since then I have donated dogs and time in services to help others plus have help educate others on Service Dogs via news reports, PowerPoints provided to local schools and a dog bite prevention activist.
2018, I had to take a break from dog training do to a hip/back injury that required physical therapy for 2 months. I’m released to physically go back to dog training and would like your help in bringing awareness and keeping the donations going.
All proceeds go towards Time in Services, Service Dog Vest, Leases, Adoption Fees and More. You will be helping me help someone that can’t afford $5,000 to $10,000 in training a Service Dog. Project in Honor of Julian Andrew Ortiz-Montanez, USMC “RIP”
