Colorado Beef Producers & Larimer County Food bank

Since the Governor of Colorado declared March 20th a meatless day (MeatOut Day), I would instead  like to support my local Colorado meat producers.  For my birthday, I am asking for donations to purchase beef from a local beef producer - Mountain View Meats in Fort Collins - and I will be donating that beef to the Larimer County Food bank on March 20th.  The food bank is excited, as meat is one of their most desired items that they never have enough of!  I am hoping to raise enough money to purchase an entire side of beef.
