Colombia needs us!

When people are facing hardship, we believe that standing together and helping one another is more important than ever.

Who We Are

The New Jersey Latino American Trooper Society (NJLATS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community outreach organization established in 2013.

Helping Families Affected by the Earthquake in Colombia

A devastating earthquake has left families and communities in Colombia facing unimaginable loss and uncertainty. Homes and essential infrastructure have been damaged, leaving many people in urgent need of food, clean water, medical assistance, temporary shelter, and other basic necessities.

We are raising funds to help provide immediate relief and essential support to individuals and families affected by the earthquake.

Every donation, regardless of the amount, can make a meaningful difference for someone who has lost their home, belongings, or sense of security.

How Your Donation Can Help

To ensure that your generosity reaches the people who need it most, we have partnered with South Fork United and community partners in Colombia. Together, we are working to identify families and individuals who have been directly affected by the earthquake and determine their most urgent needs.

This partnership allows us to respond directly to the needs of communities on the ground while helping make the best possible use of every donation.

Funds raised through this effort will support urgent needs such as:

Your donation can help provide immediate necessities and let families in Colombia know that they are not alone.

If you are unable to donate, you can still make a tremendous difference by sharing this fundraiser with your friends, family, coworkers, and community. Every share helps us reach more people who may be able to provide support.

Together, we can help families affected by this earthquake begin to recover, rebuild, and move forward.
