Colleen Harvey

Earlier this week my Aunt Colleen Harvey fell at home Tuesday night  where broke her left arm and hurt her right  knee she was taken to Northern Inyo county hospital that night  later in the week she was having complications with moving and sever swelling in her arm so on Saturday she was taken back to the E.R where blood work could be done we found out she has a form of bone cancer called multiple Myeloma which can make the bones very brittle and easy to brake  She worked for silver rim elementary and Tonopah elementary/middle school for 30 years she retired 8 years ago she has been in Tonopah her whole life she has watched so many people go off to college become young adults and even start families of their own. as of right now she is still going to be in the hospital waiting to be transfered to Reno to start kemo treatment to stop the progression of this cancer.
