My grandson Finnegan Jay Lemmon ( son of Elizabeth & Kathleen Lemmon ) has a kidney disease called PKD. He was born on April 24, 2020 and has been at Children's Hospital in Boston since he was born, He will have one of his kidneys removed on Monday June 29, 2020. He is also having a dialysis catheter put in at the same time and most likely will have to have dialysis until he has a kidney transplant around age one. He will most likely spend several more months in the hospital recovering before going home with his two mothers.
The funds will come in handy both now, when one of the mothers are staying at the hospital 24 hours a day and unable to work full-time and in the future when one will need to stay home to take care of Finn and also to help pay for uncovered medical expenses.
