Coleman's Lawn Care Theft Fund
Donation protected
My dear friend Eric Coleman (Owner of Coleman's Lawn Care & Landscaping) was robbed last night. Someone stole over 20k worth of landscaping equipment, including the trailer it was on. Eric locked trailer, but that didn't stop them. They filed a police report this morning ( 2020-005636). The trailer plate number is Y89FTR. If you or anyone you know comes across it, please reach out.
I've known Eric for as long as I can remember. He's a very loveable guy. He took over their family business back in April, when his father was diagnosed with terminal cancer in his lungs. Unfortunately, his father ended up passing. It was very hard on Eric and their entire family. But he pushed through it. The family business has been thriving and helping more and more people everything month.
However, just as things were looking up, this tragedy took place today. It's a real shame. Life can really be ruthless sometimes. He's done nothing to deserve this. Ask any of his customers, or really anyone who knows him. It really is a shame.
Despite what's happened, he will not throw in the towel. He wants to continue growing the family business. He loves his work, along with the people he gets to help on a daily basis. He just needs a little help from his hometown.
Thankfully he has a spare edger, weed eater, and blower. However, he will still need to fork out money for another commercial mower and trailer. Which will total near 12-14,000 dollars. Thankfully, an anonymous donor has stepped forward and offered to match whatever we raise through this GoFundMe.
I'm asking you for a favor, pitch in and help Eric, if you can. If not, I totally understand. We've all been going through a rough time lately. 2020 hasn't been easy on anyone. Thank you for taking the time to listen.
