Coldvember Fundraiser for helplink mental health

The three of us are taking the daily dip this month and taking part in Coldvember to support and raise awareness for mental health and suicide.
Our goal is to raise €2000 for Helplink mental health. Helplink is an Irish charitable organization providing accessible counseling, information and education mental health services.
Suicide in Ireland has become a significant issue recently during these challenging times. We have all had close friends and family affected by suicide so we are delighted to help in any way we can.
