Help Cohen fight cancer!

Earlier this month our sweet Coconut Cohen was diagnosed with Lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphocytes :(
Because lymphoma is such an aggressive cancer, we've moved swiftly into action, as without treatment there is a very poor prognosis for pups. The protocol for Cohen's cancer is 19 weeks of chemotherapy treatment. In addition to this, we are working with a holistic vet who is providing nutritional support and acupuncture, because dogs who have a combination of modern medicine and natural medicine tend to have the best outcomes.
A lot has changed in the last few weeks. My work is slowing down for the summer (as it usually does) and we've had to cancel travel plans to care for Cohen. We are hoping we can get some of the money we spent on airfare refunded to help pay for Cohen's medical expenses, but there are no guarantees. All in all, the financial burden is enormous. We do not have pet insurance, and the quote for the chemo alone is around $5000. Cohen is our baby and we love him so much. We can't currently afford his treatment, but we're doing everything we can to pay for it anyway.
We're hoping to offset some of the costs of Cohen's medical bills by reaching out to you kind folks. We will also be selling kombucha for those who are local to fund our cause.
