HELP TWO KIDS WHO LOST THEIR MOM
On the morning of August 23rd, my 9 and 15 year old little cousins lost their mother in a tragic way.
Valerie Louviere was a Nurse at Women's and Children's Hospital for 10+ years devoting her life to saving lives, while also molding my little cousins into young women.
My cousin Cody Louviere is a cop of well over a decade serving the Lafayette community. Constantly being a bright soul giving smiles and laughter anywhere he goes. But on this day, he found out the tragic news of losing not only his beloved wife, but that he lost the mother and role model of his two beautiful daughters.
As many of you know, losing a wife, or a mother is never an easy thing to deal with. Especially with the task of having to provide two incomes while trying to deal with the death.
All I ask of you is to put yourself in the shoes if you lost a person that meant the world to you. Someone that you hold dear to yourself that made the your world brighter.
Val gave purpose to my two little cousins for them to strive to be more. She molded my cousin into the great man and father he is today.
The thing I ask of you today, is to give whatever amount, to help out my cousins to make what already is a horrible circumstance, just a little bit easier to get through.
