Haku Haku to our friends and family, our beautiful community. We continue to be in need of your ongoing support and would be grateful for any amount you can contribute at this time. We recognize that many folks are experiencing financial hardship due to the ongoing affects of the Covid19 pandemic, so any amount would be humbly appreciated. Consider donating a sustainable, monthly amount that we 'd be able to count on thereby giving us some relief. We look forward to the day that we can engage again with our community as we did before. Our virtually held discussions are filled with ideas of what we will do. Cultural awareness & education, sacred site protection, community engagement, and Elder & Youth programs. This is what you are supporting. The Coastal Band of the Chumash Nation (CBCN) is entirely self-sufficient, we receive no money from the city, state or government. Community support by the public is necessary for any non-profit group to maintain their status as well. Our Ancestors have lived here since time immemorial. Our vital CBCN members continue to be a presence along the coast and inland areas. Always keeping the memory of our Ancestors alive with us. Help us keep doing this good work. Your consideration towards our goal is very much appreciated.
