Support Our Front Line Health Care Workers and First Responders
Who Serves Those Who Serve All The Rest?
Our team is working with The Harvard-based Institute of Coaching, the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches, Wellcoaches, IBM's Blue Core Coaches,and a number of the Marshall Goldsmith MG100 Coaches, to support health care workers around the globe.
Health care workers are on the front lines of this war against the spreading contagion of Covid-19. They work tirelessly through this pandemic in imperfect conditions, often without the tests and equipment needed to fight the disease. Not only are they dealing with the Corona Virus threat, but also their normal heavy caseload.
According to estimates, we are still in the early stages of the epidemic and there really is no way to tell how bad the load could eventually be on these health care heroes.
We need to remember that these are people, not machines.
• They will grow weary from overwork.
• They have their own families and loved ones to protect.
• And as part of their jobs, they must put aside their own concerns to take care of others.
They need mental and emotional support now in order to stay strong and continue their healing mission under ever-growing patient and emergency response case loads.
wiseHer has answered the call by providing the platform for health care workers to talk to experts and licensed coaches on-demand at no cost.
And we need your help!
All our coaches offer their services at a deep discount through the wiseHer platform as part of our overall mission as a social enterprise, with a portion of proceeds given back into grants for women in business. But for healthcare workers and first responders dealing with Covid-19, we would like to go further and offer these services for FREE. Funds that are raised will be earmarked for this specific program and cover a very small portion of wiseHer’s platform fees.
We’re all in this together. The more money we collect, the more people we can help.
Each participant will be given a free membership which will entitle them to UNLIMITED 1:1 calls with our experts, on-demand for an initial 4 month period of April-July. A donation of just $5 will cover one health care worker. The more we raise the more people we can help and the longer we can serve.
We are already working through large healthcare insurance companies and hospital systems to make sure our front line workers know we have their back.
This isn't just about TODAY
Yes, we want to provide services as soon as possible (and even if we don't reach our goal we will provide them) BUT we know that the need will not stop once the pandemic is "over" -- many of the people on the front lines of this fight will have needs that last far beyond that time which is why we are committed to offering ONGOING services for 4 months.
