Coach Scotty Legacy fund

Hey guys.  Thank you to everyone who has taken time to text, message, or call; I appreciate your messages (and burpee vídeos) more than I can say.  I´m blown away by your love and kindness, and am so humbled to be in so many of your thoughts.  Thank you to those of you who are showing your support through (proper) burpees, and continuing to live Fit For Life as you know I want you to.

Like I said before, you never know how or when your life will be turned upside down, but every day you get the chance to challenge yourself, get outside your comfort zone, and spend time with your loved ones.  Take those opportunities every time you can, and hold those you love close.

Adriana, Lucas, and I are so lucky to have our family here, and to have had so many of you reach out asking how you can give support from all corners of the globe.  Your generosity is amazing.  My family has set up a GoFundMe page for anyone who would like to contribute funds, with everything going toward Lucas´s education and care.  I can`t tell you how grateful I am to each and every one of you.  Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
