Coach Dos Friends of Long Beach

Every year Strength Coach, Robert Dos Remedios, does a very special event to raise money for the Friends of Long Beach Animal Shelter. He has done it for the past six years and because of the scheudling this year he will not be able to perform the usual event. Since Coach Dos is so generous to so many, we wanted to do a virtual fundraiser for the charity that he has helped for so many years and honor him and the charity.
