Jakes Fight Against Cancer

Friends and Family,


As many of you might already know and for those who are not aware, my brother was recently diagnosed with aggressive thyroid cancer. In the next few weeks, he will undergo a long and complicated surgery to remove all of the cancer in his neck and chest. After many doctor visits, my family has decided to do this procedure with Dana Farber in Boston. His recovery and treatment will be long and extensive, but his strength and positivity helps us to remain hopeful in such a hard time.

Many of you have asked what you can do to help my family and it has filled our hearts with love that so many care for Jake and are willing to contribute. My family and I are asking that you include Jake in your thoughts and prayers over this upcoming weeks. Additionally, we are opening up donations if you would like to help fund medical costs and expenses for Jakes long-standing fight against cancer.
