As many of you know, I have struggled with Lyme Disease for a very long time. The disease brings numerous co-infections, as well as disabling effects from having the disease in my body for so many years. Some of the issues I face include endometriosis, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Marcons, brain inflammation, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Disorder, multiple viral reactivations (Epstein Barr, Parvo, Coxsackie B, HHV6, to name a few), bacterial infections, like Mycoplasma Pneumonia, and coinfections Bartonella and Babesia. I have learned that my body has an inability to effectively detox, which means it is very difficult to rid myself of not only what is active, but also toxins and remnants of what we have killed. I need assistance to detox at every level, including cellular. It has been a full-time job to manage appointments, medications and a variety of treatments. I have been working really hard over the past couple years, since my relapse, to heal, and I’ve made progress, but I’ve come to a point where I need additional support.

My parents and I have managed to keep the financial burdens between us, but we are unable to do so any longer and are asking for help. I hoping this will be the last major treatment hurdle I will need to overcome in order to regain my health. And more so, my life.

My doctor is sending me to a treatment center outside of the U.S. that will continue some of what I have already been doing, in addition to some new treatments. They will focus the care specifically to what my body needs at any given moment. I will be at the center for 3-4 weeks depending on my progress.

It is difficult for me ask for help, but it seems like my only option at this stage of my life. I believe in miracles and I believe my body can heal. My desire to go back to work as a nurse and share my gifts is stronger than any disease or diagnosis. I am grateful for your love and support.
