It is with great sadness that the Navarrete family announced the sudden and tragic passing of their beloved son Carter Navarrete. This son, brother, nephew, and friend was tragically killed in a motor vehicle accident. Carter would have turned 18 this month and will be greatly missed by all.
The Navarette family has been an integral part of the Sooke and greater Victoria community for many years. Please join me in supporting Carter's family during this difficult time.
Any donation big or small will help take some of the financial pressure off the family and allow them to focus on their memories of Carter.
