Help Charlie See!

We are raising money to cover the cost of our sweet rescue's eye surgery! Charlie has only been with us for a few weeks but has been having eye troubles for a while now. The bottom of his eye lids turn into his eyes causing the eyelashes to continuously scratch against the surface of his eye. This has created Ulcers and will only get worse if he doesn't receive this surgery. Currently the poor guy rarely opens his eyes. We would love to get him this surgery as soon as possible, but we need help funding it! Charlie is stuck with two poor college kids as his parents now, so anything you can give is appreciated!
