Major House Repairs

Okay, this is tough for me, but a dear friend told me to give this a try.  As many of you know, I am a single mom of 5 kids, both bio and adopted through the foster system and we have many, many special needs and diagnoses.  Recently we have had a pretty dramatic dip in our income...seriously effecting my ability to keep the bills paid...a tough thing to manage under the best of circumstances.  And our house is nearly 100 years old and in serious need of repairs. The foundation in crumbling, the siding is falling off in large pieces and bats and other creatures get in the house, there are rotted trees that need to come down, old wiring, older plumbing, a dying dishwasher and stove, ripped up flooring in the kitchen and a leaking bathroom, windows that need to be replaced, and I owe about what it is worth so we are stuck here.  I have been trying hard to improve the lives of my children, trying to make a difference, and  help other people in need too.  We would greatly appreciate help in making our situation more manageable and relieving some of the stress that can be altered.  Thank you to everyone....we especially appreciate prayers and positive energy sent as well.
