Justice for Brad Pitt the TB

This campaign concerns the civil suit of Thorley & Baxter v. Nowlin, et al., Yakima Cy. Sup. Ct. No. 17-2-00864-39, wherein the plaintiffs allege the torturous death of Brad Pitt, an approximately 20-year-old, thoroughbred stallion. Suit was filed in 2017. The matter was arbitrated in 2019, whereafter Nowlin requested a trial de novo from the arbitration award. Plaintiffs were ready to try this case to a jury in September 2020 when COVID-19 hit, delaying the trial. This does not mean, however, that the plaintiffs have lost their commitment to see this to conclusion. Indeed, in the next several months, Plaintiffs anticipate taking further depositions.
