Educational Opportunity

About 3 years ago, I decided to start making better choices for my life.  I moved to a new location for a fresh start.  I found a great company to work for, and I have been with them for over 2 years now.  I have recently gone back to college to pursue a degree in Business which is in line with the company I work for.  My work is allowing me to attend a college opportunity to study abroad in Scotland.  I will earn college credits and it will expand my major to include International Studies.

The base cost for the program is $3000, which covers travel expenses, room, excursions, and a few of the meals.  I am seeking additional expenses for meals not covered, passport, emergency money, and unknown expenses.  In total, I am asking for donations to raise $4000.
 
To initiate these funds, I have begun cutting back my expenses.  I am making myself available to work overtime when my schedule allows. I have also started selling off household and personal items.  Of course, this barely puts a dent in what I need for this opportunity. Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my goal to achieve this opportunity. I have been told traveling abroad changes your life and outlook and I am looking forward not only to the educational side but also for the experience.  Any amount that you are willing to give, will be greatly appreciated.
