Clyde Barnes-Dallas

Thank you for taking the time to click through and read about my Dad. 

This is a fundraiser to support the family of Clyde Barnes-Dallas, who sadly passed away on the 1st November 2020, following complications after an operation.

Clyde was the much-loved husband of Angela, dad to Kim and Karl, stepdad to Amanda and a loving grandad to Blakely.

Born 3rd June 1949 and the only son to Doris and Derek, Clyde grew up in London, eventually moving to Crowthorne with his First wife Diana, were they proudly raised Kim and Karl.

Clyde led a very successful Sales career in the IT sector, focusing on Security Software. This allowed him to see many different places around the world on his business travels. Throughout his life he enjoyed Badminton, teaching at a local sports centre, as well as socialising (a drink or few!) with friends around the Village of Crowthorne.

Clyde and Diana sadly divorced and some years later he married Angela in 2006, on the same date as birthday, so not to forget! 

In his later years, following retirement, he continued to maintain friendships with old colleagues and customers alike, helping them in their new ventures, offering business advice and support. A "Go-to" man, utilising his skills to help many people, old and young, through the complexities of PPI, Pensions or other "legal" matters. His only payment request being that of a drink. Typical! Always approachable, no matter the concern or subject - helping others, always genuine and always kind

Clyde continued his passion for Snooker, Pool and Darts - Captaining the Darts team for a short period. Loved a game of Crib and could always be found showing of his vast General knowledge at Quiz Night 

Prior to my Dads passing, he supported the local Social club, working behind the bar.  It is here we hope to host the celebration of my Dads life (Lockdown rules depending)

We welcome any donation that will be used to go towards funeral costs and any other expenses. Any excess will be donated to the NHS, following their kindness and support through these unprecedented times.
