Club Fitness Legal Support

Club Fitness is a small business that opened in 2016.  I have to say, after moving away for over 10 years, moving back to Vermont to raise our family felt right.  My wife and I are excited to give the gift of health and wellness to the greater Rutland area communities.  We have given our lives to support a lifestyle that we believe in, and are blessed with a Club Fitness Family that we truly love!  As a true family business, my Mother (Vy) also dedicates her time to promote love, determination and wellness to make a true difference.

Recently, the State of Vermont has decided to take a route to control free people from making a decision about their health and wellness.  In their wake, Club Fitness has been forced into legal ramifications.  Club Fitness wants to stand up for what we believe in, and what our amazing Club Fitness Family believes in.  We have the option to fold, and let the lawmakers have their wishes, but by standing up, we have the ability to change the direction for business all across the state.  The importance of here and now has never meant so much.

I humbly ask for any support, not just monetarily, but for the precedent we will set for free people making decisions about their health and well-being for themselves.  The legal help we need is vast, but for what's at stake, we are willing!
