Clownish: a CSUN Thesis Film

Hey friends and family,
We are a group of senior students at California State University, Northridge majoring in Cinema & Television Arts. CSUN's Film and Television program is one of the top ten in the Los Angeles area and we feel accomplished to have reached this point in our educational careers. Using all of our knowledge and production experience accquired in the last several years, we're proud to introduce our thesis capstone and short film "Clownish" . As our story travels through the production stages, we want to work with our community, friends and family to make our vision a reality and to present it to the world this December.
About The Project
Clownish follows Donovan, a struggling Shakesperean actor turned birthday clown, who starts to believe life's a joke...until things take a funny turn.
"Everyone at one point or another has questioned their purpose in life. Whether or not what they want to do is worth it, or even what the heck they want to do in the first place! This story deals with a man going through a journey to find out if the path he's chosen is the right one."

A gift to a qualified charitable organization (that’s us!) would entitle you to a charitable contribution deduction against your income tax, if you itemize deductions. Our involvement with the Associated Students of CSUN makes us a qualified recipient. The contribution will be deductible in the year in which is paid.

Camera Department (camera & lighting equipment, etc.)
Sound Department (sound equipment, musical compose, etc.)

Post Production (editing, color correcting, etc.)
& more!
We've all worked hard to get this far and we want this project to be our calling card, what we use as an example of what we can do!
