Clothes for babies who arrive sleeping

On average 9 stillborn babies are born in the UK every day .... This is our story: Unexpectedly myself & my partner experienced the worst day of our lives when I gave birth to our beautiful perfect Daughter Nevaeh, she came into the world sleeping. I was just over six months pregnant. We was so traumatised by the whole experience we just couldn’t think straight at all & we had no idea what to expect. The midwives & staff who cared for us during our 16 hour stay at Lincoln hospital were amazing. They offered a very small outfit which we could put our Daughter in when she was born. Although I was eternally grateful we was given a gown & cardigan to put her in ideally it’s not what I would of chosen .
I want to invest my grief & pain into something positive & to help families who will go through this very experience themselves by making little outfits to choose from. A selection of colourful gowns with booties to place their babies in. To make these outfits I need to buy some super soft material, the more material I can buy the more families I can help. It’s the wrong side of Christmas to ask for a donation but women all over the country will experience a loss no matter what time of year it is. A couple of pound from you will go along way, when these outfits can be handed over to ladies on the worst day of their lives.
