Clotee Banks Sr. Scholarship

Donation protected
Our grandfather, Clotee Banks Sr., passed away on January 18, 2020. He was affectionately called "Banks" by his family and friends and was born on February 26, 1941 in Tifton, GA. Our granddaddy had a passion for racing cars, playing golf, watching baseball and listening to the sweet sound of jazz music. He read his bible every night and had an imitate relationship with God. Our granddaddy was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2015 and battled with being a diabetic since his teen age years. Our grandfather's nickname for us since we were babies was his little "Busy Bees." We are always on the go or getting into a little innocent trouble. He has always believed in our dreams and we wanted to make him a part of our journey which is why we started our candle business and this scholarship. The purpose of this scholarship is to help students in Palm Beach County to continue their education but to also shed light on how Alzheimer's can affect a individual and their family.
