The Blue Bear Foundation

Our mission is to PROTECT WOMENS RIGHTS, increase the representation of veteran and minority women in the accounting and finance industry since 2014. Steps we are taking to make this happen: -Providing financial support to women already pursuing a degree for any barriers that arise which may prevent successful completion. -Conducting workshops for high school students in order to increase awareness about the lack of diversity and the benefits of obtaining a career in this industry; then assisting them with locating and enrolling in accredited programs and applying for financial aide. -Collaborating with businesses and organizations who share our vision to create job opportunities for students/ graduates who enter into our program.
