Clint Kicking Cancer!

As many of you are aware my youngest brother Clint has Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Clint was first diagnosed in January of 2017 (one month after he graduated college, he was just 22 years old). He started chemotherapy treatments immediately. 2017 proved to be a very difficult year for Clint and everyone that loves him. It didn't make things easier that he was in New Orleans and all of us (his entire family) were in Montana and California. In fact, that was the hardest part for everyone- being SO far away while he is fighting for his life. We love him so much!!
A little bit about Clint- he has always been ambitious and fights for what he believes in, he's always stood up for those around him- I'm so proud of the person he is. He's a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. Clint had just graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans December 2016, with a degree in criminal justice, and was supposed to be starting a new chapter in his life, embarking on a journey that every young adult should- starting a career, going to grad school, perhaps fulfilling his dreams of traveling, but instead... he was faced with cancer.
Clint is a strong, beautiful, courageous person and he did what he does best- he stood up and took cancer head on. After several grueling months of chemotherapy (the physical pain, the emotional heartache, losing all his beautiful hair) a miracle happened, Clint was in remission. We thought, oh my God, what a horrible terrifying year but it's over! He's done and gets to move on and start over with where he should have started January 2017.
And then... it came back. We couldn't believe it. It was the most heartbreaking news any of us could have received. In January of this year (2018) Clint found out the AML was back. He has since started chemo again (just finished up his 2nd round), and continues the fight. He still is in New Orleans. It's so hard for him and us being so far away, we try to get down as often as possible but its never enough. He is however receiving amazing care there and we are so thankful for that. Our other brother, Brock, was tested and is a match to be a bone morrow donor (thank God) but in order for Clint to receive transplant he has to technically be in remission. So we are eagerly waiting for that day to come! As you can imagine the financial burden of all of this is overwhelming. We don't want Clint to have to worry about how to pay his bills, we just want Clint to continue focusing on fighting and beating cancer! So anything you can do would be greatly appreciated and from the bottom of our hearts thank you so so so much. Please continue to keep Clint in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you ❤
