Clint Doran's Release from Jail

This is a GoFundMe to satisfy the financial requirements of Mr. Clint Doran’s release from the Kershaw County Jail in South Carolina. He has been incarcerated for unpaid Guardian Ad Litem fees in the amount of $2227 and imposed a fine of $1500 dollars. Clint is a well known supporter of equal parenting in the state of South Carolina. He was in Law Enforcement, and has now been in jail for over 30 days, despite the abolishment of the debtors prison in 1833, with the Supreme Court’s Affirmation in 1983.

To further complicate the details of this incarceration, Clint was unable to attend a hearing in this matter due to an untimely health incident, where he was rushed by EMS to the hospital and was subsequently diagnosed with cancer.  Clint has not received appropriate medical attention. The Courts have also stated a remittance date of August 30th so there is a time constraint.

We are requesting financial assistance to aid Clint in being released from jail so that he can continue to be a father, an advocate, and be seen by health professionals to treat his condition appropriately.

All funds will be deposited to Clint's Mother's Account.
