FIRE EMERGENCY RECOVERY for Clint and Cindy!
As most of you know Clint and Cindy experienced a devastating loss of their home in a fire this past weekend. (see pictures below)
Most of, if not all of you, have likely experienced generosity at their hands at some point in your life. Now is our chance to give back to them!
Saturday afternoon (despite Cindy's recent oral surgery that she neglected to tell us about) they loaded up the truck and drove to my home to deliver an appliance for me and my husbands new home. That night while celebrating Tyler (her son's birthday) they went to bed at Tylers only to be awakened to the call that their home was burning down. They arrived to firemen there but the total and complete loss of their home. Gone are all of their clothes, shoes, toiletries... and everything that 30 years of living there had been accumulated. They are literally starting from scratch. (They still have to pay bills and go on living while trying to survive and rebuild.) My husband and I arrived there shortly after to see the mass destruction of their home. We quickly ran to Walmart and got basic toiletries and lunch items for Lucas for school... but real story here...
They lost...EVERYTHING. Much of which a gift basket will not solve. After taking stock... they had a couple of tshirts that survived in the dryer but all else is gone but the clothes on their backs. Insurance will take months to rebuild and begin to document the catastrophic losses. Thats where we come in!
Here is my rough estimate of needs at this point:
Clint - $500 for shoes, clothes, undergarments
Cindy - $800 for shoes, clothes, undergarments
$3,000 for food, toiletries, paper goods, etc for the next few months
$600 for propane for powering the generator until they get power lines re-routed
(NOTE: I may be missing things so if friends/family want to chime in I can do a new funding following this one.)

I am Kimra Stone and I have known Cindy over 30 years. I was actually in the hospital room with her when she gave birth to her boys and she was with me for mine. This is a great time for all of us that love them to pay it forward! And PRAY!
