Hi, I’m Kim – and this summer I’m taking on the Three Peaks Challenge to help bring clean, renewable energy to communities that need it most. That means climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon – all within 24 hours. It’s no small feat – but I’m doing it to support a cause I deeply believe in.

I’m proud to work in clean energy recruitment, helping brilliant people connect with companies building a greener future. But there’s more to do. Many communities around the world still lack access to sustainable, reliable energy – and that holds them back from education, healthcare, and opportunity.

That’s why I’m supporting the Powering Communities Challenge, which raises funds to support clean energy projects in off-grid communities through innovative solar and renewable tech.
