Support Fijian schools

Hello everyone! My name is Emily Hoppe and I’m an Education student at Vancouver Island University. I am extremely thankful to say I  recently won a scholarship to volunteer abroad with IVHQ, and have decided to follow my passion with sports and teaching, and travel to Fiji. I will be in Fiji for 2 weeks, and am excited to learn about the Fijian culture, their teaching system, introduce sports and games, and gain more independent skills that I can take back home and share with others.  My goal is to raise $400 to purchase specific materials and supplies that will significantly benefit the lives of Fijian families, teachers, and children. As someone who's becoming an educator, I know how important it is to have the proper resources to succeed, and for the children of Fiji, these school supplies and sport equipment will be life-changing, and will empower them to learn and thrive.
