James Arthur Leaño, Jr.

As many of you know, my husband Jaime, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on July 14, 2014.  We were blessed with 10 children. Our 9th child, James, is severely disabled with autism. Jaime spent much of his time studying autism and researching ways to help James improve and work with his disability.  Much of the regular medical care and therapies James requires is the result of his dad's research. It was Jaime's hope that one day James would be able to speak and enjoy more fully the simple things in life.  We always desired to keep him close to us and knew that he would be, if God willed, our companion in our old age. Now 13 years old, he is a sweet and loving child, a special gift from God; but his disabilites require life-long care as he needs regular specialized medical therapies to help him with his daily life.

Many have asked how they could continue to help James, and honor the memory of his dad by doing so. An account has been set up in James' name to cover the yearly expenses of his medical care and to provide specific physical and speech therapies to continue the work his father so lovingly devoted to his cherised son, James Arthur, Jr.

I thank each and everyone of you in advance for your generosity and be assured of our daily prayers for you.
