Hi,

My name is Laura, on the 3rd February my cat Clemmie was attacked and we found her with a severe injury to her back leg. Unfortunately she ran away as we were trying to put her in her basket to visit the vet and she was missing for 2 weeks before we managed to trap her with the help of some lovely volunteers and their dedication to finding animals!

Unfortunately due to the severity of the injury, Clemmie's foot was completely dead and she required an amputation of the leg which has cost £2,500. This is not fully covered by insurance so I'm hoping to raise some money towards this cost due to it being unexpected - it's a lot of money that I don't just have lying around.

If you can spare anything at all, we would be extremely grateful - if any excess money is raised this will also be donated to Doncaster Animal Welfare Group - Team Houdini who helped us to locate and trap her as they are a non-profit team of volunteers who give up their time, fuel and equipment to help locate missing animals.
