Clear Creek Skatepark

Help us to make our SKATEPARK dream a reality. This fundraiser is on behalf of the Skate BOARD, a community committee comprised of over 40 individuals who share a passion for skateboarding and who are determined to bring a skatepark to Clear Creek County.

We are seeking support to build a state-of-the-art skatepark in Idaho Springs. The Clear Creek Metropolitan Recreation District (CCMRD), Mountain Youth Network (MYN), Clear Creek School District (CCSD), and the City of Idaho Springs are working in partnership to make this happen.

Any funds raised will be used for the design and construction of a skatepark, and the costs required to actualize the goals of the Skate BOARD. We hope to secure grant funding, and your donation can be utilized as matching funds, which will make your contribution go that much further.

In the event that a skatepark does not come to fruition, the Skate BOARD will collaboratively determine the best use of any funds raised. This could go towards a skateboard club, lessons, events, or other activities that celebrate the sport and the value this community places on our local youth and the sport they enjoy.
