Clean Air Project

Tax deductible
We all want clean air. Citizens for Clean Air helps regulators understand problems we face and how we might clear the air together. Solving the problem requires experimentation. Sometimes that costs money. The Clean Air Project is a way to raise funds to buy and maintain equipment. We're operating a neighborhood air quality monitor. (Click here for real-time reading!) We're also purchasing Purple Air sensors and distributing them throughout the nonattainment area. (Click here  for real-time Purple Air sensor information.)

We're also testing devices proven to work in other parts of the world like the OekoTube and the Testo 380. The OekoTube uses static electricity to remove smoke particles and the Testo 380 measures air quality inside the chimney and can verify the OekoTube is working. This photograph shows our second ESP unit mounted on a pellet stove. Using the Testo 380, we are seeing amazing results!

We're also working hard to create awareness of this work through social media and community outreach. See our Facebook page here .

We've been covering expenses out of our own pockets but the bills are growing! Please give what you can as quickly as possible. We promise you'll see your dollars at work right away, right where it's needed most.
