The stream where I grew up is extremely polluted due to inadequate sewage management. My goal is to raise enough money to install an environmentally friendly system in each house along the stream to manage waste properly and eventually make the stream water drinkable again.
The environmental agency of Alvarenga is willing to offer technical support with installing the system properly in each house if the funds can be raised for all of the materials required.
My initial goal is to install the system in the 15 houses along the stream where my mother lives, but a larger future goal would be to replicate this in all of the areas surrounding the small town of Alvarenga
