Update 02/11/2025
To all those that love Clayton like we do, I wanted to give you an update on Clayton's condition. Unfortunately his fight has taken a turn for the worse. After several weeks of battling infection and other issues, he has been placed in hospice care at Sacred Heart in Pensacola. Ashley is in the process of moving him back home so he can be closer to her and the kids and pass on in a more familiar setting. They are trying to keep him comfortable but he is having multiple organ failure. This has taken a toll on their family in every way possible.
If you can find it in your heart and wallet to donate anything, I know Clayton would really appreciate it. He has been fighting hard to be with us as long as possible. We need to hold him close in our hearts and minds right now.
Ashley did ask to please refrain from texting or calling him right now. They are focusing on keeping him happy and comfortable.

Update 9/10/2021
Thank you guys so much. From the bottom of our hearts we are touched by all of your donations. It has helped out a lot. Especially with all the back to school stuff with the kids and the constant doctors visits. It’s been a lot.
Ashley just informed me that they just saw the specialist and the transplant surgeon. He can get on the list in like 6 weeks and then it could happen very quick. They will be going to Birmingham for 3-4 weeks. Cross your fingers, light a candle, pray extra hard this happens. It would be a huge relief. There is still a long way to go. Thank you for your continued support.

You may all have heard that Clayton has been diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver. The damage is extensive and he will require a liver transplant in order to survive. He has been hospitalized several times and will need to continue to go back for treatments. Due to this illness he is unable to work. This is having a devastating effect on Ashley and the twins who just want their dad to get better. This page is set up on their behalf to help pay for medical and other expenses - as he has a long road of recovery ahead of him. Please keep Clayton and his family in your thoughts and prayers. Anything you can give will be very appreciated.
