Clay's Medical Fund

Clay needs our help! Clay is a central part of the Depot Town community in Ypsilanti and the Ypsilanti Food Co-op; he brings fun with him wherever he goes and is deeply loved here. He is a hard worker and an all-around amazing human being.
Clay recently had eye surgery due to issues with his retinas and has at least two more eye surgeries ahead of him. The healing process in between surgeries has been much harder than he had hoped for and his journey is far from over.
He has been unable to return to work and does not know when he will be able to. This has put him in a very tough unplanned financial position.
We, his coworkers at Ypsi Food Co-op and many of his friends, have created this GoFundMe in the hopes of helping relieve his financial burdens, thereby allowing him to focus on healing and then returning to work. We are raising this money to help him with the basic essentials: rent, food, heat, electricity, etc.
