<div>The last couple of weeks for my grandparents, <strong>Clark and Susan Jordan</strong>, have been filled with lots of emotions and doctor's visits. After, a visit home for Easter, Clark noticed a lump under his arm. He thought a quick trip to the quick care and some antibiotics would fix it, but unfortunately, it did not.

<div>He started losing some weight, noticing more lumps, and his right leg became swollen, so a trip to the emergency room was his next stop. God sure works in mysterious ways, because He put him in the right place at the right time. With him being in Rockport, Texas for work, he went straight to a Corpus Christi hospital that ran a few tests and immediately sent all his paperwork to MD Anderson and diagnosed him with Lymphoma and told him to expect an appointment within the next two weeks. We were not expecting to hear from them the next day, but once again, GOD! He was admitted into MD Anderson the following Wednesday and stayed for 10 days! They ran multiple tests, due to there being 69 different strands of Lymphoma, and he was diagnosed with Large Cell B Lymphoma. With multiple lymph nodes throughout his body enlarged, one of them cutting the blood flow to his right leg off, explaining why his leg was and is swollen.

<div>He had his first chemotherapy last Wednesday before leaving the hospital, and then Thursday received a shot in the stomach for the cell growth. His total treatment plan is 6 months and will consist of a day of chemo, a shot the next day, and then 21 days between each chemo treatment to give his body some time to process since the chemo is so strong. <strong>He is not able to work and he is the sole provider of the house.</strong> They will be back and forth, and they will need all the help they can get.

<div>Me, being the oldest grandchild, seeing my grandparents, my mom, and my aunt (their two daughters) upset and doing everything they can to make sure everything is taken care of breaks my heart, so this is my way of reaching out. If you know my grandpa, you know he is the biggest teddy bear and loves his friends and family fiercely. If you cannot donate, PRAYERS are always appreciated.
