Clare's campaign for Rare Find Foundation Limited

Hey everyone!

I have pushed myself out of my comfort zone and entered a half marathon!! Running is not something that comes easy to me so to give myself a little more motivation I'm raising money for the Rare Find Foundation.

The Rare Find Foundation is a charity set up by our friends Anna and Marc.
Paul and I first met them when their beautiful daughter Layla was in Neo Natal next to Oliver.
Anna bravely shared their very personal story of the death of their beloved son Sebby.  

Sebby died in March 2019 aged 22 month after being
diagnosed with the very rare condition Tay-Sachs.  

Tay-Sachs is a rare progressive neurological genetic disorder and children diagnosed will not live beyond the age of 5.

The Rare Find Foundation was set up in Sebby’s memory to provide support to families with children diagnosed with Tay-Sachs and to create awareness of this life - limiting condition.  

I know you have all given so much to various charities over the last couple of months but if you can give as much as you can to this wonderful charity I will be forever grateful.
