Clare & Duncs One Year No Beer

After giving up drinking 6 months ago for a year booze free, myself and Duncs decided that, as this has been such a difficult and momentous task, that it could be a great way to raise some money for charity. We have already been dry through Christmas, holidays and my own 40th birthday but we have another 6 months to go and this will really help us to keep going.

We have chosen Anthony Nolan as our charity because of the amazing work they do with stem cell donors. We became aware of this charity when my brother in law, Phil, had a successful stem cell transplant using a donor from them.
