Waterford based, Clannad Care is a HSE approved, home and hospital care provider based in Waterford City. Family-owned and run, we provide services throughout Ireland.

Over thirty days our team of Carers and office staff are going to walk the equivalent distance of the Irish Coastline - 3,000km. 

All funds raised will benefit The Solas Cancer Support Centre and the vital work they do to support cancer patients and their loved ones.
