Hi! My name is Claire Wang and I am a Life Scout from Troop 606 Irvine.

I am currently working on my eagle project which aims to help the Home Free Animal Rescue, a local shelter dedicated to giving animals a chance at finding loving homes.

For my project, I will be painting and designing themed rooms/kernels in the shelter's newly constructed spaces, which will house dogs awaiting adoption. Dividers will be inserted in the building shown in the image above to create 6 evenly sized spaces that will each be painted according to a unique theme. Each will require a significant amount of paint and supplies to complete.

The goal is to create a more welcoming and visually appealing environment that will not only help attract potential adopters, but also make the dogs feel more comfortable and at ease in their temporary homes.

The funds will be used for materials like paints and supplies to help decorate the rooms. Any excess funds will be given to the shelter to support its mission. I am hoping to raise around $550 and any donation is much appreciated!
