Trooper’s Vet Bills

Today my mom saw a puppy run into 280 traffic and the momma dog followed. I arrived there five minutes later to try to find them. I found the puppy in the middle of the lane, and I thought I was too late. Then he popped his head up and started crying! I ran across two lanes to carry him to the median, which is where I found the momma dog dead. The puppy and I traveled 40 mins through Bham holiday traffic to the Veterinary Specialists of Birmingham. He was screaming in pain the entire time, and he could not open his eyes. They treated him for a traumatic brain injury, pain, and shock. He had multiple tests and X-rays performed due to him not standing or walking. All tests came back fine. He does have the brain injury and some pulmonary issues. They think he will recover in time since he is so young. Only around 10 weeks old He requires supportive care and will need to be hospitalized for a while. Any donations would be greatly appreciated!
