Two Kinds of cancer is killing us

We found out that my husband, John, had Multiple Myeloma in 2008, two weeks after we were married.  It's a blood cancer that turns your bones into swiss cheese.  He's had multiple broken bones, tons of treatments and is currently in remission.  We survived that battle after a stem cell transplant, but it left us broken, bankrupt and homeless.  We just finished our chapter 7 and John got terribly sick in October.  He's been diagnosed and is currently undergoing treatment for ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) at KUMED.  John is trying to work remotely as much as he can.  I have to be with him 24/7 as part of the next stem cell transplant and treatments.  We are truly blessed that an international donor has been located and we are down to a few weeks before this transplant begins.
My daughter and six month old grandson is living with us .  Most people can understand how hard single parenting is and how you need help, but we can't be there for them right now, physically or financially.  She works full time at Home Depot that's an hour drive away.  The father is a deadbeat and child services hasn't made any progress on getting support.
You might wonder why we are asking for help after eight years of constantly fighting cancer.  It's because we don't know how our utilities will be paid and how we will eat.  We've been trying to get assistance but because my husband is still trying to work (to maintain our insurance and a couple hundred dollars a month) they are constantly wanting more documents, bank statements, FMLA documents.  It's just not going as expected.  We applied for help with Salvation Army and they need all this and to meet in person which is impossible right now.  I copied, emailed, uploaded and documented our whole lives and yet we have nothing.
Insurance out of pocket copays begin again because it's the first of the year.  Meds are not cheap for cancer  or diabetes and we don't have money for the copays.  We don't have money for gas.  We don't have money for food.   People are shocked we don't have cell phone service.  Why?  I think baby food and meds are more important.  We have to survive the next four months so that my husband makes it through the 100 days of misery following a stem cell transplant.
Just to be able to pay our utilities for the next few months would help allieviate the stress.  Food would be awesome.  Having the medications we need would be totally awesome!  We just want to be able to get through this without constantly crying from the financial stress. 
John's stem cell transplant begins in less than two weeks.  My family has given all they can and we have sold anything of value but our vehicles.  We have no close family or friends living near us and I don't know where else to turn.
Please help us get through the hardest days of our lives and give us hope in our fellow mankind.
