My First Income Property

My name is Dillon, and two years ago I started my own real estate business, Helpful Homes Solutions, with my mother Vivian. We had successfully closed a few deals but then, due to Covid-19, like most other businesses things came to a grinding halt. For the past 8 months our business has not brought in any revenue and, due to this fact, we cannot get a loan for a great opportunity to purchase our first income property. The majority of the money raised will go toward purchasing the property, and the rest for making much needed repairs; this will allow the family who is currently living in the home, to be able to remain in their long time residence. The support from anyone willing to donate to this cause would be infinitely appreciated. Opportunities like this for our young and growing business do not come around too often, and being able to seize this opportunity would be such a blessing to a son and his mother who started their own company from the ground up.
