Tank's amputation

Tank is our big goofy baby. Last Saturday we noticed some swelling in his front paw. By Sunday his paw was swollen triple in size and oozing blood and puss. We took him straight to the vet who gave him laser treatment and heavy antibiotics. By Wednesday there was no change and the swelling was much worse. So back to the vet we went. Thank god for our amazing vet who decided to hospitalize him and hook him up to the heavy hitter antibiotics. Unfortunately the infection is so severe and the bacteria is so resitant nothing is stopping the spread. Today, Friday 7/14/17 we are at the point that the only option to try to save his life is amputating his leg starting at the shoulder blade. Were asking and all help financially to save our boy.
