Jim's Liver Transplant

Jim Erjavec is a graduate of Brownsville Area High School.  He is a loving husband, step-father, brother, uncle,  friend, and man of God whose life changed drastically in June of 2019.  Jim was diagnosed with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis, which attacked his liver in turn.  The search for a living liver donor began in August of 2019. A living donor has been found for Jim through UPMC, and his tentative surgery date is April 30th, 2020! This is a very exciting time for Jim and his loved ones, but it does not come without the worry of finances. The goal of this GoFundMe is to raise money for Jim's medical expenses that will come with the surgery and his continued care. Even if you cannot donate monetarily at this time, we would appreciate if everyone could please spread the word about this cause, and to continue to pray for Jim, his surgery, recovery, and prolonged health.  We also ask for your prayers for the living donor who is so selflessly giving a piece of their liver to give Jim life!
