If you haven't already heard, Naomi Jean Langley was born July 31, 2014, making her debut 6 weeks early! There are numerous ways we can all bless the Langley family during their time of transition. Please read an update from Kirby below:
"First off, we want to thank everyone for praying for us as we welcomed Naomi Jean into our family about 6 weeks earlier than expected. We really felt the impact of so many people interceding on our behalf. The delivery went great, but now there's a potentially long and undefined road ahead.
Here's the current situation: Alexis was able to go home and is doing fine, but Naomi could be in the NICU for 2 to 4 more weeks depending on how she progresses. She has to learn to breath and eat without support. This will require multiple trips to the hospital for us each day since the hospital has very limited accommodations for parents of NICU babies. Alexis will need to drop of milk she is pumping each day as well."
Many of you have asked how you can help out during this time; here are a few ways:
1. Please keep praying for the Langley family.
2. If you'd like to make a donation, this will really help offset the cost of meals and parking as well as other random expenses until they can take Naomi home.
3. Hang out with them at home or at the hospital.
They are so blessed to have so many great friends in their lives. Your love and support means the world to them.
